Technology Transfer Centre Bremerhaven (ttz)
The Verein zur Förderung des Technologietransfers an der Hochschule Bremerhaven e.V. (TTZ) was founded in 1987 in Bremerhaven, Germany as an independent non-profit organisation to serve as practical oriented link between the University of Applied Sciences in Bremerhaven and the regional economy. TTZ is an innovative provider of applied research and development, customer-oriented training and technology transfer services. Today TTZ is employing a multicultural and multidisciplinary staff of approx. 50 employees (scientist, engineers, and technicians) with a female employee ratio of 40%, working in the field of food technology, biomass production and recovery, aquaculture and water treatment, consumer science and process technology.
Under FP7, TTZ coordinated for Europe the NaWaTech project.TTZ is the European Project Coordinator of the PAVITR project.
