Kre_Ta Landscape Architecture (KRETA)
Kre_Ta is a creative SME, running an office for landscape architecture and urban planning in Berlin, Germany. Established in 2003 Kre_Ta is focusing on sustainable and green urban designs with a strong focus to R&D projects in order to develop and design eco-innovative solutions. The highly qualified staff of Kre_Ta has a wide experience in ecological architecture, urban design, and R&D activities in the fields of urban and space planning and rain water harvesting concepts in cities. Kre_Ta is especially well-known in the field of rainwater harvesting & water reuse concepts and groundwater recharge approaches. The activities of Kre_Ta are divided in two interconnected business areas: traditional design of private and public green spaces e.g. gardens, public parks and the development of integrated and innovative concepts and visions to address actual topics such as urban climate, urban water cycles and living surroundings. As an active player in the Berlin scene of strongly involved citizens Kre_Ta is applying modern and direct forms of stakeholder participation in all of their projects.
Under FP7, KRETA participated in the NaWaTech project. Kre_Ta is leading the Development of techniques for Rainwater Harvesting in the PAVITR project.
